Instant Loans Information
Short term payday loans are short term loans that are intended to last only until the borrower's next pay date. They are meant to cover an unforeseen circumstance for things like covering the cost of fixing your car, fixing a boiler or household repairs.
Short term payday loans usually range from £100 up to £400 for anywhere between 7 days up to 35 days. These loans are usually paid back, on your next pay date although some lenders will let you choose your repayment date up to the 35 days.
How does a PiggyBank short term payday loan work?
PiggyBank Instalment does not offer short term payday loans but offers loans from 3 months to 5 months of up to £1000. Rather than fix the repayment to when you get paid, you can choose your repayment date. If you have had an unforeseen circumstance that you need to cover, then all you need to do is select your loan amount of up to £1000 and choose a loan term from 3 months to 5 months which can be paid back in weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments. Read more about how it works.
Once you have selected your loan amount and loan term, fill out the one page application and then PiggyBank will check your details. If you pass all of the checks, we aim to pay out within an hour. In some circumstances we may need to check a few further details. You can find out more by reading the FAQ’s.
When should I apply for a loan?
You should only apply for short term payday loans if you have had an unforeseen circumstance that requires money immediately to resolve the issue and you can pay it back on your next pay day.
